Important Instructions

Key policies all students and parents must be aware of throughout the academic year.

Attendance Requirement

A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory for all students to be eligible to appear in examinations. Students below 75% may be detained. Medical leave must be supported with a doctor’s certificate submitted within 3 working days of returning to school.

💰

Late Fee Policy

School fees must be paid by the 10th of each month. A late fee of ₹50 per day will be charged after the due date, up to a maximum of ₹500 per month. Fees can be paid via the online portal, DD, or cheque at the school office. Cash payments: Mon–Fri, 9 AM–1 PM.

Exam Schedule Notes

Detailed timetables will be published on the school notice board and the official app at least 3 weeks before each exam. No student will be allowed into the exam hall without a valid hall ticket. Electronic devices are strictly prohibited during all exams.

Uniform & Discipline

School uniform is compulsory on all working days. Students must carry the school diary every day. Mobile phones are strictly prohibited on school premises. Any violation of the school code of conduct may lead to disciplinary action as per the school handbook.

Notifications & Circulars

All announcements, circulars, and date changes will be communicated via the school mobile app, SMS, and the official website. Parents are advised to download the MTPS app and ensure their registered mobile number is up to date. Printed circulars will also be sent in the school diary for primary classes.

Transport & Pick-up Policy

School buses operate on the same schedule as school timings. Morning pick-up starts at 7:30 AM. Students must be at their stop 5 minutes early. For transport changes, submit a written request to the transport office by 9:00 AM on the day. Contact: 📞 +91 824 234 5679
